NFL Position Wheel Spinner

The Random NFL Position Wheel Spinner is a free tool that displays an interactive wheel of NFL positions and randomly selects one when you spin. It's a fun, visual way to pick a random NFL position for challenges, games, or content creation.

The wheel of NFL positions includes all football positions across offense, defense, and special teams, making it ideal for Madden challenges, fantasy football drafts, YouTube or TikTok content, and any game where positions need to be chosen randomly.

To spin the wheel of NFL positions, click the center hub or spin button and watch the wheel spin through your selected positions. When the wheel stops, the pointer indicates which position was randomly selected.

Each spin is completely randomized, giving every included position an equal chance of being selected. This makes the football position wheel ideal for fair, unbiased random selections.

The wheel includes 18 NFL positions, representing all football positions across three groups:

Offense (9): Quarterback (QB), Running Back (RB), Fullback (FB), Wide Receiver (WR), Slot Receiver (SR), Tight End (TE), Offensive Tackle (OT), Offensive Guard (OG), and Center (C).

Defense (6): Defensive End (DE), Defensive Tackle (DT), Linebacker (LB), Cornerback (CB), Nickelback (NB), and Safety (S).

Special Teams (3): Kicker (K), Punter (P), and Return Specialist (RS).

You can customize the wheel by clicking the settings icon and selecting which positions to include. Choose all 18 positions, offense only, defense only, special teams only, or manually select individual positions to include in the random football position generator.

The football positions wheel will only spin through the positions you select, allowing you to tailor the experience to your specific needs.

After a position is selected, you can remove it from the wheel so it won't appear in future spins. This is useful for draft selections, elimination challenges, or any scenario where positions should only be chosen once.

The NFL Position Wheel uses JavaScript's Math.random() function to fairly select a position from the chosen set. Each included position has an equal chance of being selected on every spin, and repeat results can occur as part of normal randomness.

The football position wheel saves your past 10 results so you can easily view recently selected positions. This helps track previous results across multiple spins, and you can clear the results at any time to start fresh.

You can download your random NFL position generator results at any time using the download icon in the results section. Results are downloaded as an image file showing your selected positions in order, making it easy to save, share, or post. You can also clear results to start fresh whenever you'd like.
